The 21st Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration is scheduled to be held on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Steger Sixth Grade Center. This celebration is for people and organizations in the five communities that comprise the Webster Groves School District.
The event includes a march beginning at 4:30 p.m. from Webster Groves City Hall (Lockwood and Elm), past Douglass Manor (546 No. Elm), and concluding at Steger at 5:00 p.m. for a dinner reception followed by a celebration with prayers, music and a key note speaker.
A shuttle will leave Steger’s parking lot at 4:00 p.m. to bring walkers to Webster Groves City Hall. This allows those who want to walk the opportunity to park at Steger where the celebration will conclude.
