IFCLA accompaniment volunteers, Denise Pahl, Lisa Kientzel, and Karen Jaques will share stories from their 2-week volunteer experience at an Annunciation House migrant shelter in El Paso Oct. 20 – Nov. 2.
Annunciation House is a volunteer organization that was founded in 1978. It offers hospitality to migrants, immigrants, and refugees in the border region of El Paso, Texas. They provide shelter, clothing, food, and other basic necessities for hundreds of thousands of migrants, mostly from Mexico and Central America.
