1 Peter 3:8-16
Not only are we called to treat one another with kindness and forbearance in our faith communities, but we are also called to stand for our faith – to account for our hope gently and respectfully. Many of us feel that it’s hard to share our faith because we don’t want to emulate all those we’ve seen and encountered who have seemed to do so harshly and disrespectfully. The thing is this: They’re doing it wrong! Yes, we should share our faith. Yes, we should do it with gentleness and respect. Can I get a witness?
